This is a Komatsu WA1200 loader Mesabi style radiator & oil cooler assembly that we overhauled. The radiator came in to be completely rebuilt and cleaned out. We removed each of the individual Mesabi L&M radiator tubes as well as each of the upper and lower rubber grommet seals on both the low temp and high temp radiator sections as well as the oil cooler section. Each tube was pressure washed before getting soaked in our ultrasonic boil out tank. After ultrasonic cleaning each tube is once again pressure washed inside and out. After the tubes are completely clean inside and out we then buff and polish both ends of each tube so they are nice and smooth for a good seal to the new rubber grommet seals.
