This is a Komatsu WA1200 loader Radiator and Oil Cooler assembly that we completely rebuilt and overhauled. This cooling module is a Mesabi style radiator and oil cooler that has nearly 1,600 total individual L&M tubes. It consists of a high temp radiator, low temp radiator, and an oil cooler section. We picked up the radiator from one of our mining customers in Northern Nevada. Now that we’ve completely disassembled it, removed all of the tubes and rubber grommet seals, cleaned and ultrasonic boiled all the parts, reassembled all three sections, and pressure tested each one individually we will be delivering it back to our mine customer in Northern Nevada. The loaders that this size and type of radiator are used in operate in large open pit mining and quarry operations that need to move a lot of material. Some people call this an A1 Radiator repair but we do it all right here at our shop here in Las Vegas, Nevada right here in Southern Nevada.
