Here’s some pics of various jobs we have going on in the radiator shop, machine shop & the fabrication & welding department. The first three pics are of a Caterpillar 793F Mesabi Radiator that we overhauled & the aluminum aftercoolers just got mounted to it. The fourth pic is a set of Caterpillar 2W-5540 folded radiator cores from a 793C Radiator we just got disassembled. The fifth pic is a blade hanger for an 18M Cat grader that we’re welding & machining the bores on. The sixth pic is the housing pieces of a 16G grader circle drive motor that just got thermal cleaned & blasted after disassembly. The seventh pic is some torch work in the fabrication department. & the last two pics are a 793C Cat rear axle a-frame support that we’re welding a new yoke to after cutting the bad one out.
