Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 793F Mesabi Radiator Cooling Module we rebuilt. The radiator itself is a Mesabi with seven hundred and sixty eight individual tubes. The aluminum aftercoolers, ac condenser, fan blade, hydraulic fan motor, and turbo charge lines & hoses are just a few of the pieces & parts that make up the complete cooling package. Each part was disassembled, cleaned, repaired & rebuilt back to the OE specs. A final pressure test ensures that there’s no leaks & each component is sealed & ready for another round of service.
