Here’s some pics of a copper and brass four row radiator we had in for a rod and repair. Both the inlet & outlet tanks were removed. The tubes were rodded out to clear them internally of all fouling & blockage. We then ran both headers which involves melting all the solder off of the header plates & around the tube-to-header joints. Once down to clean & raw metal we ran new solder along the entire header plate to seal & strengthen each tube where they come through the header. After final assembly the radiator was pressure tested to ensure it has no leaks. A fresh coat of paint & it’s ready to go.
