Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 994K Hardnose Cooling Package we had in for a PX exchange rebuild. This one was in pretty rough shape. After numerous hours of cleaning & performing multiple repairs we got it all back up to snuff. Every bolt hole has been repaired if needed while every other threaded hole was chased to ensure the integrity of every mounting point of the hardnose & all of its cooling system components. It was delivered to the mine site & ready to be mated to a fresh engine & provide another round of service.
