Here are some pics of some heavy duty bushings we machined from some solid bar stock material. We have a ripper table for a Caterpillar D10T dozer in for repair and machining that the bores were extremely worn on. We elected to machine the bores until they were true & perfectly round. After we got all the bores to the same size we machined these hardened bushings which press-fit into the bores. The ID of all the bores are now to the correct size for the new pins.
