Here are some pics of a Komatsu 930E-5 haul truck radiator we overhauled. The radiator is a Mesabi with all aluminum tubes. The radiator came in leaking due to some damaged tubes from the center support bar bolts breaking which allowed the bar to contact some tubes. The leak was coming from the damaged tubes due to getting hit by the loose center support bar. We completely rebuilt both the low-temp & high-temp radiator halves with some new tubes & all new upper & lower rubber grommet seals. Both radiator halves were pressure tested to ensure they are both leak free.
