Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 789C haul truck folded core radiator we repaired. The radiator came in leaking due to some folded cores leaking at the solder joints. Each individual folded radiator core received a rod & repair & pressure test before being assemble into the tanks & frame assembly. The radiator is now ready for another round of service.
