This is a Ford small block V8 engine for a 1969 Mustang. We did the following work to it: Thermal Clean, Blast, Magnaflux, Measure, Inspect, Align Hone the housing bore, Surface & Square the decks of the block, Bore & Hone the cylinders for oversize pistons, Grind & Polish the crankshaft, Recondition the big ends [...]
Here's some random smaller repair jobs we have in the radiator shop. The radiator leaning against the orange door is for a 1965 Dodge Coronet. It just needed a rod & repair. The silver aluminum aftercooler CAC had cracked tubes in the original core so we did a re-core with a new stuffed tube core. [...]
Here's a 360 cubic inch Ford FE V8 engine we rebuilt for a 1974 F100. We outfitted the engine with a custom ground hydraulic roller camshaft & adjustable rocker arms. It's topped off with an aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold & carburetor. The compression ratio is set @ 9:1 for safe pump gas use. Motor Mission [...]
Here's a Cat 793C mining haul truck radiator we did a repair & rebuild overhaul to. After final assembly we pressure test the radiator while submerging it in our test tank to ensure there are zero leaks. The radiator is back on one of our stands & ready for delivery for another round of service. [...]
Just some eye candy to look at here. This is a new Garrett variable vane turbo for an LBZ 6.6 liter Duramax diesel engine we're working on. Here's a Caterpillar 834H RTD (Rubber Tire Dozer) hardnose we completley rebuilt. The radiator inside the hardnose consists of ten AMOCS style cores (sections). There is also an aluminum CAC (Charge Air Cooler) & an auxiliary oil cooler which we also cleaned, repaired & pressure tested before prepping & painting. Motor Mission Machine & Radiator [...]
