Here are some before & after pics of a Tee Bar assembly we repaired. The round pad was extremely worn on the top & bottom due to a lack of grease which caused metal-to-metal contact between the t-bar surfaces & the piece that swivels on it. We machined both sides down until they were flat & square to the beam. We then welded both sides up & then re-machined them back to the necessary thickness for the swivel bar that mounts over it. We then bored the center hole back in place for the retaining pin. The last thing we had to do was machine the grease groove on the top & bottom surfaces on our CNC machine utilizing a circular interpolation operation.
