These are some pictures of some cast iron intake and exhaust manifolds that came in for cleaning and repair. We first had to machine and drill some broken studs and bolts that we had to remove. We then blasted the manifolds in our shotblaster to get them clean. We then mounted the manifolds in our milling machine so we could mill & surface their surfaces flat and smooth.
