These are some pictures of a customer’s Chevy Corvette with the small block engine in it that we built into a 383 stroker engine. This engine build started with a GM 4-bolt main roller block with a one piece rear main seal. We performed all the machine work to the cylinder block with ARP main studs and then we torque plate honed the cylinders with ARP head bolts. We then built the engine up with an Eagle Cast Steel stroker crankshaft, Eagle H-Beam connecting rods, Wiseco ProTru forged pistons with Teflon coated skirts, and a set of BWE Z-gap fire power piston rings. The hydraulic roller camshaft, lifters, & roller rockers are all from Comp Cams. The engine features a heavy duty true roller Cloyes timing chain set, a Melling high volume oil pump, Cometic MLS head gaskets, Dart Pro1 aluminum cylinder heads, and a Dart aluminum intake manifold. This stroker engine received every machine operation possible and it is completely balanced and blueprinted.
