Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 793D haul truck radiator we overhauled. This radiator is a Mesabi type. Each individual Mesabi tube was removed & reconditioned. All the rubber grommet seals were removed & all the holes were cleaned & inspected before new rubber grommet seals were installed. After all the individual Mesabi tubes were reinstalled we pressure tested the complete radiator to ensure it has no leaks. We then delivered the radiator back to our customers mine site for another round of service.
