Here’s some pics of a heat exchanger we delivered back to the mill at one of the mines. The unit came in with the tanks & tubes in the core bulged & blown up like a balloon from an over pressure condition. We ended up replacing the core & fabricating new tanks to complete the heat exchanger itself. The box shroud assembly, fan & fan motor are back to as new condition for another round of service.
