Here’s some pics of an Atlas Copco Pit Viper Drill Rig dual aftercoolers, or CAC, assembly we recored. The coolers came in with several leaks within the tubes of both cores. We cut the tanks off the old cores & machined them to size. We then tig welded the tanks to some new heavy duty high efficiency cores. After a final pressure test to ensure they have no leaks they are ready for another round of service.
