Here’s some before & after pics of a Caterpillar D6N track type dozer cooling package that came in for a cleaning & repair. The radiator had already been repaired in the past. We separated the radiator from the oil cooler so we could clean & flush each one individually. We then pressure tested them to identify the leaks. Once the leaks were located we tig welded the leaking areas & then pressure tested them again to ensure they were leak free. They each then received a final flushing & cleaning before paint & final assembly.
