This is a custom aluminim double V-Groove water pump pulley we machined out of a solid piece of billet. This is for a blown big block Chevy engine which requires more coolant flow. A pulley combination of the available sizes off the shelf couldn’t be found that would provide the increased water pump RPM needed for the increased coolant flow. So we made this 5″ diameter water pump pulley which will speed up the water pump and provide the increased coolant flow that is required to keep the engine cool.
