Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar D7H dozer radiator we reman’d. The radiator came in with some leaks from getting blasted by the fan. The sandblast grid that is supposed to protect the radiator tubes & fins from getting pelted with debris from the fan was deteriorated itself & unable to protect the radiator. We had to weld & fabricate a new sandblast grid as it wasn’t readily available here in the states which would have cost too much time to wait for.
