Here are some progress pics of a Caterpillar 795F Radiator & Aftercoolers going together. The radiator is rebuilt, pressure tested & mounted into the main side frame assemblies. Both aftercoolers are also rebuilt, pressure tested & assembled together in their framework. The aftercoolers assembly is mounted & mated up to the radiator. We also have the new radiator stand built & clearanced for the radiator to stand on. Next is to get all the lines and hoses installed along with the fan blade, hydraulic fan motor, fan shroud & fan guard pieces.
