This is a Caterpillar 793C haul truck radiator that we rebuilt and performed a complete overhaul to. Once we got the radiator completely rebuilt we loaded it onto our trailer and delivered it to one of our mining customers up in northern Nevada. The 793C radiator has sixty individual Caterpillar folded radiator cores. When we rebuild any Caterpillar folded core style radiator we remove all the cores and perform a rod and repair to each of the individual folded radiator cores like they are their own individual radiators. Once we get all the folded radiator cores rebuilt we pressure test each one individually before assembling the radiator into one complete assembly. Once we get the radiator all assembled with all new rubber seals into one assembly we then perform a rigorous pressure test to the completed radiator assembly. Once we get a good pressure test on the radiator we mount it to one of our custom radiator stands which makes it ready for delivery.
