Here’s some pics of a custom crank pulley we machined from a solid round piece of billet aluminum. The pulley has v-grooves for old school v type belts as well as serpentine grooves for a newer type serpentine belt. The old pulley was sent to us to use as a pattern for making the new pulley. Changes to the new pulley included an eighth serpentine groove, extra thickness in the center for eliminating the use of a spacer shim & repositioning the v-belt grooves for better alignment.
