Here’s some pics of our machining & heavy equipment repair capabilities. This is the front axle for an 18M Caterpillar grader. The bores first get machined on our Rottler cnc boring & milling machine to make them perfectly round & true. We then weld the bores with our bore welder setup which adds material & makes the bores smaller on the ID. After welding the bores we then machine them to the bore ID specification for the fitment of new bushings & pins.
