Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 16M Grader Circle, Drawbar, Moldboard & Drive Motor we delivered back to one of our mining customers. All four major pieces were separated from each other & completely disassembled for cleaning & inspection. All cracks were properly prepped & welded along with all necessary machine work performed. All the bores & wear surfaces were machined back to OE specs. The worn teeth were cut out & new segments installed, timed with the jig & welded in place. After final assembly the unit was hooked up to our hydraulic power source & all functions cycled & checked for proper movement & clearances.
