Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 16M Grader Circle Drive Motor we rebuilt. The motor was completely disassembled & all the internal parts were cleaned, inspected & repaired as needed. For reassembly all the wear parts were replaced such as the clutch discs & friction discs. The pinion gear was well worn so a new one was installed to properly engage with the teeth segments of the circle assembly it will be mated to.
