Here are some pics of a radiator hardnose & a-frame blade stabilizer we rebuilt for a Caterpillar 834H wheel dozer. The blade stabilizer had worn bores which required boring, welding & machining to get them perfectly round & back size for the new pins. The hardnose contains the radiator, aftercooler, oil cooler & miscellaneous other cooling system components. All parts were removed from the nosecone, or hardnose, for cleaning, repairing & pressure testing. After all repairs were made the complete cooling system was re-installed into the hardnose for a complete drop-in cooling package.
