Here are some before & after pics of a hydraulic jack cylinder we rebuilt. This hydraulic cylinder is off of an Epiroc Pit Viper Drill Rig. The cylinder came in for rebuilding because it was leaking. The seals were worn along with some of the other internal pieces & parts. Once the internal parts were replaced we tested the cylinder for proper function & to ensure it no longer leaks. The new seals & bushings are doing their job & sealing the cylinder throughout its range of motion as it should.
