Here are some before & after pics of a hydraulic jack cylinder that we picked up for repairing & rebuilding. The hydraulic cylinder is a leveling, or stabilizing, jack off of an Epiroc Pit Viper 291 drill. The cylinder was leaking hydraulic fluid & bleeding off & not doing its job stabilizing the machine. After disassembling & rebuilding the hydraulic cylinder with new seals & internal wear parts it was tested for one hour to ensure it functions correctly, holds pressure & does not leak. We then delivered it back to our customers site.
