Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 14M grader axle we have in for a complete rebuild. We have all the coordinates mapped out on our Rottler CNC multipurpose boring & milling machine with the Renshaw probing system. All the worn surfaces & bores are getting machined & bored before welding them back up. The welded surfaces & bores will then get machined back to the OE specs.
