Here’s a 2006 Yamaha 125 dirt bike cylinder head we did a complete valve job & surface to. After disassembling the head we tanked & blasted it clean, removed the valve guides, installed new valve guides, reamed the guides to the valve stems, machined the valve seats, milled the surface flat & square & then reassembled the head. It’s now ready for the next race.
