Here are some before & after pics of a hardnose radiator cooling package we reconditioned for a Caterpillar 834H RTD (Rubber Tire Dozer), or wheel dozer. The cooling system components included cleaning, repairing & rebuilding the aluminum modular radiator core sections, an oil cooler, the air-to-air or charge air cooler (aftercooler) and the AC (air conditioning) condenser. The hydraulic fan motor & fan blade were replaced for insurance as they can be catastrophic if they fail as well as time consuming to get to while on the machine. This was a quick turn rush job for our customer so we cranked it out as quickly as possible. We picked it up on a Thursday & delivered it back to our customer the following Wednesday.
