This is the Hitachi EX5600 shovel that is on display here at the 2016 MinExpo here in Las Vegas, Nv. The pictures of the radiators and hydraulic oil coolers are for the Hitachi EX5500 hydraulic shovels. We rebuild and recore radiators for the Hitachi EX5500 shovels on a regular basis. We also service the hydraulic oil coolers for the Hitachi EX5500 shovels as well. If the hydraulic oil coolers don’t have any cracked tubes we will flush, clean, repair, and pressure test them for a complete overhaul and recondition. In some cases the tubes are cracked and then we’ll just recore the oil coolers with a new round tube copper core. Also in the pictures of the Hitachi EX5500 radiator we rebuilt is a Caterpillar 793C folded core style haul truck radiator and a Caterpillar 793D NGMR (Next Generation Modular Radiator) style haul truck radiator both of which we also rebuilt with complete overhauls for a couple of our mining customers. The radiators and oil coolers are mounted to our custom and special built stands which are great for lifting, storing, & transporting these heat transfer cooling units.
