Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar D10 Dozer hardnose grill shell all gutted out for a complete cooling system components repair & rebuild. The nosecone, or grill shell, is ready to get all its bushings removed, checked for cracks & any necessary welding & machine work. Once it is all reconditioned we will install all new bushings & seals. It will then get a fresh coat of paint before we re-install the radiator cores, aftercoolers, oil coolers, ac condenser, fan blade, hydraulic fan motor, all the hoses & miscellaneous pieces & parts.
