Here’s some pics of a pair of Caterpillar 16G Grader Chain Case Housings we reconditioned. Both housings came in with cracks & dents from the inside out. The chain inside came apart which damaged the hoisings & caused them to leak oil. We cut out some of the damaged areas & welded new sections in place. After all the welding was completed we machined all the surfaces & bores back to the Caterpillar OE specs.
